Ulrike Miekley

Ulrike Miekley is the founder of Miekley Advisory, a certified trainer for HCI programs, and a strategic leader with more than 20 years of executive experience in organizational transformation, HR strategy, and leadership development. With a background in corporate strategy and management consulting, she has always worked at the intersection of business and people—both as an advisor and as a senior executive.

She has held senior roles including Executive Director at FIEGE, Vice President Inhouse Consulting at OTTO Group, and leadership positions at Capgemini and Philips. Ulrike has led numerous large-scale transformation and change management initiatives, with a focus on HR strategies and operating models, strategic workforce planning, job architectures, and leadership development. Her ability to combine strategic clarity with people-centered execution has consistently delivered sustainable cultural and business impact.

Today, through Miekley Advisory, Ulrike supports boards, founders, and executive teams in navigating complexity, strengthening leadership, and building long-term organizational resilience. Based in Hamburg, she also holds a Master’s degree from the University of Münster, studied at UC Berkeley, and recently completed the Board Member Certification Program with Deutsche Börse and Fürstenberg Institute, further strengthening her expertise in governance and responsible leadership.
